If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to provide you with an exchange, return or repair service. 1. Returns
General Returns: We accept returns on most products within 7 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in original condition, unused and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
Defective Products: If you receive a defective product, please contact our customer support team at service@diamlee within 7 days of purchase to arrange a return, exchange or refund. service@diamlee will cover all costs associated with the defective product. Our policy lasts for 7 days. If it has been more than 7 days since you received the product, unfortunately we are unable to provide you with a refund or exchange.
2. Refunds.
Once we receive the returned product and confirm it is correct, the refund will be sent to your original payment account within three days.
We will not be able to fulfill your refund request if:
* The product was sent to the wrong address (including returning it directly to the shipping location without contacting us)
* Choose a cash on delivery return method.

Please contact our customer support team (service@diamlee) to request a return. Safely package the item, including all accessories and original packaging. Ship the item to the address provided by our customer support team.
